Insurance - Property and Casualty (formerly Business Insurance) (Co-op)

Program description

The two year Business-Insurance Co-op program is designed to provide graduates with a broad exposure to business with a specialization in Property & Casualty insurance, and is designed to meet the needs of those students who wish to be employed by that insurance industry in the areas of agency, claims, marketing, and management. The program prepares the student for a rewarding career in many areas of the Property & Casualty insurance industry. The program covers all areas of property, auto and liability coverages. Students will have the opportunity to gain nine of the ten credits required for the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada.
